We ended up getting to the airport early and asked if they had room on the earlier flight if we could change, and were told that yes they had room but it would cost us quite a bit of money to change. It didn't matter much to us so we didn't change, but since it would have cost them nothing to change us since they had room, and they may have been able to sell our seats on a later flight, it didn't make sense to me. We flew them on a British Airways ticket (connecting flight), but wouldn't hesitate to fly them again. Nice comfortable seats.
