“Terrible Care2 staff”

I have been a member of Care2 for 2 yrs now. In December 2011 they were hacked and I had technical issues on my profile page ever since. I also, receivd a virus from the site when I was clicking to donate.

In a months time I sent in 9 help requests to the technical department, 1 customer service email and 2 messages to the site owner. Not even a boo from any of them.

My profile page that I tried to delete from the site is still there (half deleted) and I still can not get anyone on Care2 to help me.

Yes, it is a free site and you get what you pay for!
