“Loosen the slots”

We do love playing the games.We realy like Winstones and the Real Deal Diner. But it seems the slots are way to tight!! It's not a real casino! Bonus' are far and few in between hits.When you do manage to get a bonus they are usually very bad! There has been more times than not I have gotten a big fat 0. That is really disapinting after we have waited and lost several thousand in coins.That The slots are especially tigh when you are either introducing a new game or offering a special on 4 hr. bonus or coin purchase. We are not the only ones that think this, you should have someone reading the chats, because most of the people feel the same way! I have also learned that there are people with several accounts, One guy has accounts in all of his childrens name, if memory serves they kids were grade school age and younger and a woman has an account in her dogs name, I just feel this is terribly wrong and unfair to other players.
