I got told about this diet by a trainer in my gym, im 5ft8 and weighed 9st7 when i 1st tried it about 2 years ago, im slim but my weight goes on the hips and bum so i can look out of proportion.
so i thought id give it ago the diet i done had baked beans on toast on the 1st day and meat instead of hotdogs.
i weighed on day 4 and had lost 5lbs.
i train in the gym between 3-5 times a week and still managed to train even on the diet.
i done the diet for a 2nd time and lost another 4lbs, i ate like i normally do on the 4 days in between, that included, chocolate and chinese.
2 years later and my weight has crept up to 10st 2lbs so im doing it again as im going on holiday in 8 days, im on day 2 and i already feel like ive lost weight, ive been really bloated the last week and my stomach is as flat as a pancake today, i love this diet i generally have no will power but even i can stick to this as its only 3 days.
