I booked a journey from Leeds to Reading for my 21 year old daughter returning to university after the holiday. Leeds to London ok. London to Reading a joke. The driver didn't even stop in Reading and carried on towards Swindon. By the time my daughter and another Reading student realised it was too late. He wouldn't return to Reading as he was contracted to do and dropped the two girls at a service station on the M4 and told them to make their own way home at 10.00 p.m. How irresponsible is that? Wrote and complained because email didn't work. Not even a reply. DO NOT USE. APPALLING COMPANY!!
