“You have to try it to believe it!”

I read about the special offer in the Telegraph and thought it was too good to be true; we have needed a new mattress for some time so we decided to do some research. Having read all the Ergoflex reviews and many of the forums on memory foam, but being unable to test the Ergoflex one, we were recommended by their Customer Services to try the leading brand in one of the well-known retail outlets. It was very impressive but what a price. A work colleague was also interested so she and her partner also tried the competition, then she and I went back together and decided to go for the Ergoflex. We thought we were being very brave to buy 'sight unseen', but as there is a ten year guarantee and we'd both had such good support from Ergoflex on the 'phone it gave us the confidence to go ahead with our orders.

Everything was extremely simple, professional and straightforward. There was good contact by e-mail and text message to confirm that the order had gone through and we were given the delivery date requested. The mattress and cover were delivered three days ago and we have now had three nights of wonderful sleep. My husband suffers from rheumatoid arthritis and says the support for his joints and back is unbelievable. The unusual smell soon goes and is not a problem and we have not felt too warm either, another concern that had been reported with memory foam. It is hard to describe the amazing comfort of our new mattress - suffice to say that any doubts we had about the new experience were soon dispelled and it is a joy to climb into bed at night knowing how good the sleep will be. It will take some time for the novelty to wear off and we look forward to many months and years of the same.
