“What a waste”

What's going on with this program? The presenter is painful to watch and to listen to. (I'm by no means the first to mention this. Sorry)
Every house looks as though some families would be delighted to own the "befores," and most of the makeovers look as if another designer was let loose, they'd have plenty to say and change about the "afters"
Today's show, 30th April, was pretty horrific. Horrible mix of colours, thrown together. Why do the designers insist on using colours or designs they are told the householder particularly doesn't like. Makes them come across as arrogant know-it-alls. Couldn't help but write to tell you.
