Habitat collected the wrong clock from our office. They booked it back into their warehouse and have put in into their stock to use again. This clock is our property. Their clock still awaiting collection after having booked a return twice more! Habitat will not accept liability for our property despite the fact that they are going to resell it. They will not reimburse us. I find it incredible that they have no goods returned controls in place and will use our item without reimbursing us for it. Terrible customer service. Complaints are dealt with by one member of staff and there is no escalation process if they decide that they will not help you. Be warned!!! Won't be using again!.
