“The worst airline ever!”

I've travelled 4 times with Alitalia and it was definitely a bad experience!!! Unprofessional staff (most of them dont even want to speak English); other airlines such as Bulgaria Air, Lufthansa, Austrian, offer snacks (sandwich, a salad or smth small), Alitalia offers 2 cookies/3 crackers!!!); the planes were dirty and almost every flight is delayed
