“local store not the best”

we dont use Argos very often but our last trip there, when i was paying i noticed blood on the counter and not just a little, the man who came and cleaned it just wiped it over with tissue! not hygienic at all.
Then whilst waiting for an item to come down the belt why dont they just give out the items that are their first? our item sat there a good 10 minutes before we were given it and the queue had backed up as the assistant was waiting on one item from her 1st order?! makes no sense
