This is my second session of Tesco Diets, and I was the first time, and am now, very satisfied and pleased. I tried the GI diet this time, and though there was a lot of pasta dishes, there were lots of alternatives, and I can honestly say that I was never hungry. I often did not eat the 'anytime'snack, and was delighted that I could take 5 alcoholic drinks a week. The only criticism I have is that some recipes contained "Two servings" of peas. The pea package counted a serving as '85 grams', but 160 grams was a veritable mountain!! However that is a very minor point, and I'm happy to say I reduced my weight by 1 stone 7 pounds, and my BMI from 29 to 25, so Im happy to recommend Tesco diets.
