Ordered perfume online, delivery date was family member's birthday so thought I should be ok. Item didn't turn up at the store on the day though I telephoned to check it would definitely be delivered and they confirmed it was in the lorry on its way. Had no contact to say there was a problem. When I called the store the following day they claim it wasn't in the delivery that it should have been in and my subsequent call to the main customer services number revealed it was delivered and signed for. All they did was refund the item but this was too little too late for the person for whom the present was intended for. My advice - shop somewhere that can provide good and decent customer service. Would not recommend.
