I booked my flight and immediately got the confirmation with the details and it stated that was not my e ticket which would be sent either that day or the following day and when it failed to arrive, I wrote an email stating so and received an automated email stating that they deal with 97 percent of queries within 48 hours. Once this time had elapsed, I started to panic and decided to google them and came across all these negative comments so I just decided to call the airline and they confirmed that my flights were infact purchased and all I needed was my passport so I was relieved and fairly happy for having gotten a good deal but it was scary for a moment. I still don't have my e ticket and am flying on Wednesday Not for the faint hearted:)
