I have had no problems with customer services of interparcel.com, infact any query that I have had was dealt with promptly within reason. This includes the service of the "Live Chat" which I liked and found very useful especially when quering from another country.
The only thing that I did have a problem with, was when tracking my parcel! We had trouble with the tracking information from the start, as it was the tracking numbers given for the parcel that appeared to be the problem (I suspect given from another courier sevice). On the third different tracking/parcel number did we have success. However, not sure why the Interparcel´s reference could not be used to track as an alternative method, when problem arises.
I have had no experience of using Interparcel.com but have vaguely heard of it. So when I purchased what I bought,(an accordion!)It was with some trepidation that the sender sent the parcel through Interparcel.com. I would have liked to have known, was reassurance that if anything goes wrong (and sometimes they do). There will be help. (Especially when ordering and sending from another country). As a general rule of thumb, Sending anything through couriers, well... they do have a well known hit and miss reputation!
