I was sent the wrong item so I contacted them to make arrangements to return the item. I was told that despite the image and stock number being completely different on the item I had received that it wasn't the wrong item. I had to argue the point to get them to agree to cover the return postage. I wanted to send it back by recorded post, but they insisted that I use the 'cheapest method possible' - second class. I obtained proof of postage, but of course because it wasn't tracked I cannot prove they have received it - I wasn't surprised when they subsequently denied having received it back.
Bad attitude and poor returns policy.
