I have just ordered a pair of trousers from the website, at 3 times during the initial process they tried to get me to sign up to an account. I declined and selected the option to pay immediately. Despite having no reason to decline my transaction automatically 'couldn't be processed'and without the option to cancel the transaction my order was automatically added to a credit account. Now the only way of paying is to call a credit number that charges. I have tried to get through to pay and as of yet have been unsuccessful. Even more disappointingly the delivery which requires payment gives shipment terms of 2 weeks which is by far the longest I have seen from an order online. Overall I am very disappointed with the service and will not be using Next online again.
