Sofa was due in 12 wks , which was late then when it turned up it was the wrong colour which turned to be a massive dispute between me and the salesman and to top it off it had some knobs missing off the bottom off my twister chair which made it lop sided which by the way took a wk for the chairs to b check and it was still missed then to b told it would take a couple of days by the delivery men but to be told by customer service it could take up to 5-7wks so if u want a sofa that u have ordered in a certain colour or 1 that comes on time which is in work order then choose some where else as these people ain't able to cope with basic instruction and relaying information
