“Never use this company”

3 weeks since we ordered a baby chair, website stated 7-10 days for delivery. After numerous emails and phone calls they have now stated the product is in a warehouse in central EUROPE! They state it will delivered next week, a whole month after ordering...and I simply do not believe it will arrive even then. Appalling company.
