“Poor Customer Service & Delivery Service”

Have used Viking-Direct before and they used to be very helpful. No longer. Tried ordering online but wasn't sure if multipack buys so decided to call to enquire further about the products. Got an evidently older woman who would not answer the question i was asking and actually started to make me uncomfortable by being short, irate and accusatory. Then she got impatient at which point I hung up the phone, I felt so rushed, under pressure and intimidated. I wound up ordering online and got notification of the delivery date. After waiting in all day, I finallyplopped out to chemists. I was gone 20 minutes and saw no card to say they'd been so thought nothing of it.

But when nothing had arrived by midday the next day, I called and got a young woman who said it had been delivered to my neighbour. I asked her why a card hadn't been left notifying me. She said she didn't no why but "oh well". She did not offer to give the delivery department feedback or apologise for me having to call or anything.

Overall - shoddy, unprofessional customer service and fly-by-night cowboy delivery service. Poor!
