General Comments
Constantly late with poor customer service especially on flights to Cork. I have flown the Heathrow - Cork route several times with them recently and the flight was delayed each time and cancelled one time. While alternative arrangements were made the staff were rude and unhelpful. When flying from Dublin to Cork I also had my flight cancelled recently and instead had a 4 hour bus journey. What was once a fantastic airline for customer service and reliability is now a national disgrace.
