“Don't order from this company”

I have ordered my pillow from this company since the 15th of April, today is the 25th of April, i have not got my delivery yet. Since then, i had emailed them twice, i have sent a complaint through their website, no single acknowledgment. Am surprise that this sort of company still operates in England.

I cannot reach them by phone because they do not have one.Please can someone help as i need the pillow urgently.
