I wish i had found this page before i signed up to Laneset, who where full of empty promises and very keen to take my payment early on. I was told it would take approx 2-3 months for my business rateable value to be taken through the process and was convinced that i would get at least £1000 back from over payment. I have now been waiting 8 months.
Phones are constantly engaged and emails aren't answered, nor phone messages answered. The one time I did get through I was told I would be called by the end of the week with my answers, but unsurprisingly this didnt happen.
These people are making easy money out of hardworking small business owners who are desperately trying to stay afloat.
