“Poor staff”

Tesco have the most rude unhelpful staff out of all the supermarkets. Either they are hiring the wrong staff or they are just not getting the correct training. In my opinion the stores look dirty and the self checkout glass as that dirty i did not want to scan my food through it. I was made to get out the queue once i had reached the front with a trolley a baby and a pram as they said there was no trollies there was no sign just a less than 10 item i had less than 10 items but noone even helped my move they let me struggle and even the manager was rude.
If once you to the front of the queue they should atleast help you and apologize for making you get out. One day a member of staff was throwing the food on the shelves out of temper as she had to do the reduced items and a mananger was watching her and never stopped her. I used to enjoy going to tesco now i hate it.
