“Good initial delivery, poor returns service”

I was initially pleased with Ebuyer's service, having paid for next day delivery and receiving my PC parts as expected. However I was unfornately sold a faulty motherboard, which was thankfully picked up the next day by courier (after sorting the pickup out both on their website and having to phone their customer serice team 'to confirm the problem' and put on hold for 20 minutes), but onced they'd received it I was informed that it would be 3-5 working days before they'd even get a technician to look at it. Fast-forward a week and they sent it back with their standard delivery, which of course was another 3-5 working days, so once again another week passed before I got the replacement motherboard. By now it had been nearly a fortnight since my purchase.

Afterwards I tried putting my PC together again, and as bad luck would have it my new hard drive was also faulty and dead on arrival, which I didn't know beforehand as the motherboard was dead. Once again a courier came the next day, Ebuyer received it the day after... and it's now another 3-5 working days before they'll look at it, and no doubt the same time frame again before I'll get it back.

I'm not blaming Ebuyer for selling me two faulty items as that's probably sheer bad luck rather than a fault of their own, but their returns process is ridiculously slow. By the time I have a working computer it'll have been a month after I initially ordered the parts.
