“Unlocking”

I have been trying to get my nokia phone unlocked for a month. The unlocking code came 2 weeks ago but didn't work. Since then I have phoned on 3 seperate occasions, being told each time that someone would call me back within a specific time which they haven't done (apart from once when I was told there was no solution as yet & I would hear again within 4 days which I didn't). I have spent ages on hold and been cut off 3 times after holding. I am constantly being told different things as reasons, all of which I had told them when trying to get the unlocking code originally (eg. I said at the time that my new network would be starting the next day, they had already given me the PAK code, but have since been told that the reason it didn't work & they cannot chase up for me is that the number had moved from orange) They have taken a £20 charge and I still can't use my phone. I am getting really cross!!
I am telling everyone not to use Orange, and particularly to make sure they don't buy a phone from one of their shops as it will be locked! Better to pay a bit more elswhere!
