“what an absolute joke”

phoned up too cancel my sim only contracts 2x sims mine and my wifes after having it for two years and got offered a good deal next day phones were supposed to get delivered given a delivery slot phones turned up outside the delivery slot second phone was deivered to wrong address after telling them 3 times i do not live at that address and now to top it off they have cut my phone off for security reasons when i was keeping my existing sim card and they were only deliverig phone now customer servieces is closed so iam without a phone absolute joke
