“ikea transport service”

i ordered some kitchen doors, i asked them to send them between office hours, the just say ok, and send them at 7.15 , left a message to call them and make a new appointment. And the want to lt me pay again for the transport, because i didn't chech omn the internet if the chanched their promises. I said i never look on the internet to check, because an appointment is an appointment, it costs to much time to check all the appointments you make. If they chance something they should warn me.
