Just a quick message to say thank you very much for sorting out the problem with my consignment.
I received the bike pod today (Monday), just as you promised.
In my experience, a lot of companies are reluctant to help resolve any problems once they have had your money.
JeJamesCycles have proved to be the opposite. You were extremely helpful for which I am very grateful.
I will definitely use your company again for my cycling needs and desires. And I will recommend you to others, too.
