“No show Mega Bus”

Booked the 1.30 pm Mega bus from Bristol to London for 23 April. Had an important interview in London. Waited 90 minutes in the wind and the rain and the bus didn't show up! Missed my interview, didn't get to London, didn't get the return bus. Cost me £ 17.50. Have sent them 2 emails for redund and an explanation (so can pass it on to potential employer, then they will know for sure I was genuine in not making the meeting). No reply from them at all!!!

Have called my bank and they will refund me the money but Mega Bus should refund me really not the bank!
Very bad service.
