I wish to compliment Beryl for her helpfulness and patience in helping me to book our forthcoming holiday to Malta next week, 1 - 8 May 2012. I seemed to accumulate lots of problems and Beryl so kindly guided me through these until at last I think everything is in order.
I would say that Beryl is a Gem for your Company and perhaps this is why you are called "Holiday Gems". With someone like her to give assurance and help you will always have happy customers. Thank you so much Beryl.
One word of advice to your staff, please ensure potential holidaymakers
give the exact name that is on their Passport - On booking I mistakenly gave a wrong Christian Name and Easy Jet charged me £100 to have this corrected.
