I had some issues regarding
getting an item which was initially listed as in stock on the website - they'd
had issues getting replacement stock off their supplier and things took longer
than anticipated. After an initial failure to communicate what was going on and
why things were delayed, the staff were helpful and managed to get the item in
for me before it was needed for a job
