i had my iphone 4s nicked by an unlicensed mini cab driver who grabbed the phone out my hand and drove off..
i reported it tot he police and they came out the same night and was given a crime ref number, i then reported it to CPP monday morning and they registered my claim and sent me a claim for by email and then i filled it out then sent it back straight away within 10 mins of them emailing it to me, they then said that i have to wait until my next payment is made on the 4th may 2012 as that payment will then cover me for april, once i make this payment i will then be required to pay 100 pound as my claim was made within the 1st 2 months of taking out a policy with them,
has anyone made a claim of a iphone 4s being stolen and actually being given a replacement???
because i have got a feeling even though i will do all as asked by them and make the payments needed they will then make an excuse or find a reason to decline my claim and then ill be stuck with a new contract with no new phone to show for it...
Can someone help me please as i need peace of mind as after reading all the reviews on here none of them are good or successful apart from one!!
