“Terrible customer service + appalling returns policy”

I bought a coat from FCUK and 12 months later had it specialist dry cleaned by my cleaner who I have used for years. He followed the care label instructions faithfully and now the coat is so shrunken it is unwearable. I returned it to FCUK and they apparently "discussed" it with Quality Assurance and then sent the coat back by return saying it was not their fault and must be the dry cleaners and denied all liability. When I talked to the Customer Service Manager she told me described how "unfortunate" it was she worked for FCUK. Clearly her role is not to listen to customers concerns but merely to fob them off so that FCUK doesnt have to refund or replace. When I asked to speak to the Quality Assurance Manager who had assessed the coat or have his/her name in order to write to him/her , she refused saying it was not "company policy" to reveal names or allow customers to deal with anyone else but her. BEWARE of this company. They do not act in good faith.
