hi there, i have used LA Tanning for 6 yrs now from Fake bake and its the best tan i have ever used. There customer service has always been excellent with me and all my friends that use them. I know u feel mad towards the company but is it the courier company's fault here hun? you know what these courier drivers can be like. Im sure LA do send out when they say they will, its the driver that is to blame here, although if u were out and missed them, then its a tough call. wish u luck hun x
