system worked efficiently. Friendly service. A bit of confusion on returning as we missed our bus and then were not sure how long to wait and the first bus that came was to another area, but sorted in about 5 minutes. It just feels longer when waiting in cold and wet.
pick up point at airport could have a sign to say purple parking, to make it clear.
