General Comments
I have been a member of Samsung "fun" club for just under a year. Only now that if you're from Australia you can put your information in.
But has anybody tried contacting these people for help? Their e- mail form does not work. For 10 months I've been trying to get an answer from this company and I can't find anyone. Trying to find a misplaced password should be easy, but their icon does not work to be able to go to this area of the site.
I am so sick and tired of this site that in all honesty when I update my phone, Samsung can get stuffed!
Check your site Samsung its so frustrating.
