When we arrived at the airport there was a rather rude man who told us that we need to give him £850 for the deposit! £850!!! For a two days! Then he said cash was fine.
When we refused to give him cash and asked to speak to a manager he said his office was closed but he would stay there for half an hour.
Obviously he didn't.
We rented a car through another company, went back to find him to get a refund and he wasn't there.
