“123 Reg and Pipex = Poor Service”

When I first started using 123REG they were great, no complaints whatsover and I always recommended them. BUT, and this is a big but, since being taken over by Pipex I have found their service to be very poor indeed. The time taken for 123REG to register my most recent domain was rediculous, and there are many customers with the same problem. The second problem I have had with 123REG is that I am unable to change the nameservers of my domains. My problem is not one of human error as I have a lot of experience in changing domain names with 123REG. The problem seems to be that 123REG (or Pipex) just don't care about their poor customer service. I can no longer recommend 123REG. I fully expect 123REG to ask me to raise a ticket but the point is this ...so many people are compalaining about 123REG, why don't they just deal with the problems instead of making everyone raise a ticket every time for the same problem that many others have to put with. If they simply dealt with the problems, they wouldn't need to spend so much time responding to tickets and they would get fewer negative reviews.
Unles they start improving things for their customers I would like to see them barred from re-selling domain names.
