I purchased a complete bathroom and shower cubicle from bath store five years ago.The quality is far superior to other well known shops it still looks as good as when it was fitted,the only problems we have had are just minor such as washers leaking until this weekend when the toilet seat mount broke.I took it apart and went to a large DIY shop but all they wanted to do was sell me a new seat that did not match the Concept pan assembly.I then went to Bath shop in Erith saw a young lady assistant and after sorting which mount I had (as it was only the mount broken)went out the back sorted out a part for me .This is to me some good old fashion service that is lacking a lot nowdays.
