“Very Impressed with New ID ”

I was completely impressed with my deluxe makeover at New ID and thought that the whole thing was so easy to do and so utterly enjoyable. For a start the New ID website is great. I am OK on computers but some sites I visit are just so hard to find your way around and there is almost too much information and you can not actually find what it is that you are looking for. For me New ID site is easy to find the information you want, all of the prices are on there so you know exactly what you are looking at, which is one of the main reasons that I do not buy these reviews that say there are hidden costs or it is a rip off, this is simply not true. How can it be, everything you have to pay is very clearly written on the site and if you are not sure of something you can phone up the very helpful customer service department and find out. On top of that as soon as you get there you get a consultation where you can ask anything you are not sure about and in my experience you get a very straight answer. I thought the quality of the makeover was exceptional and thought that the people that do the makeover are kind, caring and very friendly as well as being professionals. The day went without a hitch and I was overwhelmed by both the quality and the content of the photographs. There were a few delays between treatments but I was pre-warned about that and had no complaints what so ever about any of it. The photoshoot is great fun and the whole experience is well worth doing if you ask me and I would be very happy, more than happy in fact to recommend this company to anybody. A big thanks to New ID for an excellent day and an excellent makeover.
