got letter from halifax march 2012 warning my isa rate going down from 3% to 0.5% on 11april 2012 went to local branch was told I would have to come back on 11 april before they would switch it to the new isas saver online paying 3%.so went on 11april and got it changed.got letter from halifax saying new isa started on 16 april yes the only paid me .5% for 5days at a cost to me of £12. What a rip off
