“did not enjoy”

arrived here after a 9 hour journey from scotland and entering challet it was horrible i knew by the filth on door that it was not going to be pleasant there was a horrible smell even my 12 year old son couldnt stand it! the chairs were worn done really needs an upgrade bed sheets were filthy went to reception to complain and ask for an upgrade got told there was no other places and it would not be dirty so they sent someone along and they changed bedsheets!!!then got told we could upgrade for 40 pounds we did pay and got put in a nicer challet.then the swiming pool no lockers and no changing rooms and in this day and age my son would not get changed infront of people(dont know whos watching)meant to be a heated pool but when the staff is sitting with the doors wide open whats the point when the wind is blowing in and it was freezing!!the only enjoyable thing about this holiday was the entertainment staff and the kids bingo but apart from that it was awfull first time in a challet after going to caravan holidays for 30 year and wont be back!nothing for kids to do during day and had to travel out of camp everday to enjoy
