“ Don't bother us”

This site has some content not found on other sites e.g. British Army service file. So, from that perspective, a must visit. But just pray that you don't have a technical problem like an image that won't load. While you will get a cheery message about trying again later or informing the staff of the problem and they will resolve in 28 days, don't believe it. After the 4 week delay you will probably get a glib message which states -- "Unfortunately, we cannot advise of a timescale for these issues to be fixed I'm afraid, however, once we have received an update, we will be in contact." This really means, we will get to your issue whenever it is convenient with us, so be happy and kiss off. Very poor when it comes to service to the paying public!
