“Thai accomodation”

Booked three hotels in Thailand. Site was informative, with a lot of options and easy to navigate and understand. No problems booking. Hotel reviews generally gave enough varied opinions to allow a fairly confident choice. Payment was straightforward and confirmation fast.

The one problem I experience was when I wanted to extend a stay from 4 nights to 5 nights. There seemed to be no way to do this short of cancelling and rebooking. Calling Agoda was not very helpful for this either.

Happy with all the accommodation I booked.
