“Atrocious customer service”

Steer clear of A1 furniture Enfield. You buy something, wait 8 weeks, it turns up damaged and their service is shocking. They try to blame everyone else and hide behind being a family company. Then they tell you to put things in writing and a month later have neither sent a new product or refunded. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS.
