“Easy HTC unblocking”

I recently used this site to change network on a HTC phone.
I found the what I wanted easily and was told the amount it would cost staight away. (this amount did not change at checkout) The etimated time for email arrival containing the information needed was correct.Support was offered if needed via a link to the website and there is an online chat so problem should be delt with easily (I did not use this service so can not say how quick it is) but some basic instructions would have been useful within the email.
