“Won't honour initial price.”

iPhone 3G 8gb - £50 offer, I sent it off carefully wrapped in copious amounts of bubble wrap to protect the phone. I received their counter offer today of £28 with them citing:

- Excessive scratching on screen
- Cracked and Damaged Back Casing

There were NO scratches/cracks when I sent the phone, only the normal wear on the back of the phone. Now unless I picked the only bubble wrap that instead of protecting the item, magically damages it with it's "protective" qualities then I wonder who performs these 'quality' checks.

Me being the lazy person that I am accepted the counter offer as I can't be bothered with the hassle of paying to have my own possession returned to me, especially if it now contains excessive scratching and cracked & damaged casing!
I advise anyone reading this to use a different company who may honour their initial valuation. Then again if you're as lazy as me you wont be reading reviews on the company until it's too late.
