Ordered 4 hanging baskets online on 20th March 2012, chased them by phone after 2 weeks and was told they should arrive any day. The automated service states my order is complete. No baskets have arrived as of 19th April. Called them yesterday to chase and after the 3rd time of holding for over 10mins I got through to an operator. I asked for a full refund after some messing around and was told this is not company policy. I insisted on a refund and was told he would have to get a supervisor, i was then left on hold for a further 8 mins and hung up. Sent 2 emails requesting a refund and nothig yet although in fairness its been only 24hrs. After reading some of these reviews though I am now concerned. Ordered new baskets same as through Amazon and they were a lot cheaper as well. Avoid them if I was you.
