“My New Kitchen”

We were very happy with the whole process from planning through to fitting the kitchen. When Neil gave us the draft plans for the kitchen we changed a few things and then changed them back to the original plans, Neil obviously knows his stuff and we are very happy with the layout.

The builders used for rip-out etc were good, however at times proved difficult to get hold of, having to make several calls before getting a response. One of the builders also thought it was acceptable to throw empty packaging behind the new units!

The kitchen fitter, Conan, was great, conscientious, a good worker.

We have had a few issues following completion, mainly to do with the lighting. However, you have dealt with those issues promptly.

The only other thing to mention, was the payment structure. I would have preferred to write a single cheque for the whole process instead of several different payments to different people.
