Whatever you do, do not, I repeat, DO NOT get involved with Capital One in any way! Do not accept their credit cards, do not bank with them. They will rip you off. Their representatives will lie to you. Forget the cutesy commercials and having your picture on the card, that's just something to divert you from the reality--they are preying on lower income people, period, and you will be very sorry if you open any kind of account with them. I speak from experience, IT HAPPENED TO ME! Stay away. Open an account with your local bank, you'll be much better off. I'm posting warnings about them online wherever I can. Save yourself some grief and do not even think about doing business with them!
